Our mission is to provide immediate, impactful assistance and long-term support to help individuals and families rebuild their lives.
Families Affected by Gun Violence
We connect families with essential counseling services to help navigate the emotional aftermath of gun violence. When funds are available, we offer crucial support with rent, mortgage payments, and household bills. We also provide household necessities such as cleaning supplies, stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and furniture as they become available.
Children Aging Out of Foster Care
Our aim is to provide stable housing and dedicated mentorship to empower young adults transitioning out of the foster care system. We guide them towards self-sustaining independence with practical skills and ongoing support.
Homeless Veterans
We offer temporary housing solutions and comprehensive life coaching for veterans. Our focus is on connecting them with the vital resources needed to transition into stable, independent living and thrive in their communities.
